現在地機能について

地図画面には「現在地を表示」ボタンがあります。ボタンを押すと、 ブラウザが現在地の利用許可を求めます。許可した場合のみ、 端末の位置情報を取得します。

• 取得した緯度・経度そのもの (正確な座標) は端末内のブラウザでのみ使用し、placeof のサーバーには 送信・保存しません。
• ただし現在地に地図を移動した結果、画面に表示する範囲 (数百 m〜数 km 四方の矩形) に含まれる建物データを取得するための リクエストは placeof に届きます。これは通常の地図操作と同じ 仕組みで、正確な座標そのものは含まれません。
• 地図上のマーカーとして表示するためだけに利用します。 ページを閉じた時点で位置情報の取得は終了します。
• 許可の取り消しは、ブラウザ設定 → サイトの権限 → 位置情報 から行えます。

アクセスログ

サイト運営のために、ホスティング事業者が標準的なアクセスログ (IP アドレス・User-Agent・参照元 URL 等) を記録します。これらは 障害対応・不正アクセス対策・利用状況の把握のみに使用します。

お問い合わせフォーム

お問い合わせ フォームで送信された内容は、返信・データ修正の目的でのみ 使用します。氏名・メールアドレスは任意入力です。

Cookie

テーマ設定 (ライト / ダーク) など、閲覧体験の維持に必要な 最小限の Cookie のみを使用します。トラッキング目的の サードパーティ Cookie は使用していません。

建物データについて

当サイトが表示する建物の環境性能データは、各自治体・公的機関が 公表している届出書・データセットを出典としています。個人を 特定する情報は含まれていません。出典は各建物の詳細ページに 記載しています。

改訂

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改訂します。重要な変更があった場合は トップページで告知します。

Current-location feature

The map page has a “Show my location” button. When you press it, your browser asks for permission to share your location. Your location is only fetched if you grant the permission.

• The raw latitude / longitude (your precise coordinates) is used only inside your browser. It is not sent to or stored on the placeof server.
• However, once the map re-centres on your location, the visible viewport (a rectangle a few hundred metres to a few kilometres across) is queried for building data — the same way any other pan / zoom is. The precise coordinates themselves are not part of that request.
• The location is only used to render a marker on the map. Closing the page ends the location subscription.
• You can revoke the permission at any time from your browser settings → Site permissions → Location.

Access logs

Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, User-Agent, referrer, etc.) for operational purposes. These are used only for incident response, abuse prevention, and understanding usage patterns.

Contact form

Content submitted via the contact form is used only to reply to you and to correct data. Name and email fields are optional.

Cookies

We use only the minimum cookies needed to preserve the browsing experience (e.g. light / dark theme). No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Building data

The building energy-performance data shown on this site is sourced from filings and datasets published by municipal and public institutions. It does not include personally identifiable information. Each building detail page lists its source.

Revisions

This policy may be revised as needed. Substantive changes will be announced on the home page.
